K-array exhibits at ISE 2014

Simplicity and plug & play systems that never compromise on performance and quality, are key words used to describe K-array’s product series and certainly, their new product-line ups which will be showcased at ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) 2014, the biggest European exhibition dedicated to the integrated systems market. The company decided to exhibit this year due to the outstanding results of last year’s ISE edition. Key members from K-array’s marketing and product management team will attend the exhibition to welcome old and new members of the K-family at their booth, Hall 2 booth A70.

K-array’s R&D is a hub of ideas and avant-garde solutions, so it’s no surprise that they have chosen ISE as the exhibition to unveil their new products along with the company's ability to interpret the needs of the market and generate value for professionals that have choosen to work with K-array.

In these fast-paced days leading up to the exhibition, Francesco Maffei, K-array’s Product Specialist gave us a preview of what’s coming up at K-array’s booth:

"Today installations and integrated system solutions need to be all-in-one turn-key solutions, hassle free and multi-functional that don’t need to be hooked up to external elements. As we all know, saving time also means investing your money well. Our focus at ISE is the preview of our new Tornado, a pioneering active micro loudspeaker designed for point source applications and high quality distributed systems. The Tornado series once comprised eight speaker models. We’ve decided to incorporate their unique features in streamlined versions. With its ability to effortlessly reproduce both speech and music, the Tornado makes an excellent choice for fixed applications such as theatre, museum displays, restaurants, portable systems for corporate AV presentations, department stores, and in hidden locations such as chancel steps in houses of worship; the applications are endless. We’ve  built in LED illuminators, which make the Tornado a great solution for system integrators because they can work with one product that satisfies all their requirements."

The new amplifiers: KA24 (2.000 power watt with 4 channel input/output) and the KA84 (with 8.000 power watt with separated 4 channel input/output) have been simplified and upgraded with an integrated DSP touch panel. The amps have a USB port, built-in microphone and phantom functionality. With the new amps, professionals  working with small-medium installations don’t need to use external processors or mixers.

"We’ve been really busy finalizing the last touches on the plug-in for the Ethernet WI-FI control and for the digital transport signal."

If that’s not enough… K-array fans, old and new, can also get up close to the company's classics like the Anakonda KAN200, the flexible line element speaker launched at last year’s ISE and which has been nominated in the Product Category of the Year at the InAVation Awards 2014, sponsored and hosted by InAVate magazine.

You can preview the Tornado and the new additions to the KA series at K-array's booth, in Hall 2- booth A70 from February 4-6 in Amsterdam.
