K-Cloud

K-Cloud is a platform for remote access, centralized management, real-time updates, and system diagnostics of audio systems. Integrators and installers can easily monitor and control multiple installations from anywhere. With K-Cloud, K-array systems are always accessible, seamlessly connected, and ready for remote management.


1. Monitoring

 

After logging in to K-Cloud, you are redirected in the Monitoring section that is the central area for supervising projects, installations and connected devices. It provides both a global overview and a detailed system-level view, allowing continuous control of distributed audio installations.

1.1 Global Map

 

The interactive global map offers an immediate overview of all projects and installations worldwide. It displays: project and plant names, geographic location, address and location-related information. From here, it is possible to: visualize all installations and projects globally, access plants directly, connect to compatible systems for remote access and control. The map is designed to provide fast orientation and intuitive navigation across large-scale and multi-site installations.

1.2 Dashboard

 

The dashboard provides a more detailed and operational view of each project and plant. It allows: visualization of individual devices within each plant and real-time monitoring of their status, centralized feedback from connected machines, immediate identification of devices that are not reachable and generating alarms. By aggregating system feedback in a single interface, the dashboard enables rapid assessment of system health and faster response to potential issues.

2. Admin

 

The Admin section provides access to advanced management functions related to specific installations. From this area, it is possible to access the dedicated K-Control dashboard, ensuring continuity between K-Cloud monitoring and local system control.

2.1 Plants

 

From this area, direct access is provided to the K-Control, where the dashboards of the applications configured for the user can be viewed and managed. This integration enables centralized visibility and control of system functionalities, allowing installations to be monitored and operated through a single, unified interface. By linking K-Cloud and K-Control, this section ensures continuity between remote supervision and on-site system control, supporting efficient and consistent management of installations.

2.2 Devices

 

A dedicated view to get clear visibility of the system, including: serial number, hostname, device model, firmware version, number of inputs and outputs. It also provides access to network status and system configuration through the integrated Web App, including: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, wired network connectivity, system presets, security settings, audio and output configuration, routing and volume control. All presented in a single, centralized interface, designed for efficient monitoring, consistent configuration management and remote control.

2.3 Partnerships

 

The Partnership section is designed to manage relationships with end customers. It allows the creation of a direct association between the system integrator or installer and the customer, enabling controlled access to the K-Control application. This approach supports collaborative system management, allowing customers to use K-Control while maintaining a structured and professional access framework.
