For K-Control access enter the same credentials used to log into K-Cloud and other applications of the K-array software suite. This unified authentication system gives users immediate access to all installations, plants, projects associated with their account, ensuring full visibility of every connected system. From this centralized entry point all cloud-stored data, including devices information, presets, zones, and systems metadata, is readily available, allowing for efficient configuration and seamless integration within the broader K-array ecosystem.

2. Dashboard

Once logged in, users gain access to all their installations, each of which can be assigned a custom name and location within the Cloud “plants” structure. By entering any installation, integrators are taken into the core of the K-Control design environment. Here, a dedicated dashboard provides an overview of all available control interfaces: those previously created, those linked to devices registered on the cloud, and any new ones the integrator may wish to build. From this central hub, it is possible to open existing control environments, search for connected devices, or add new units directly to the project, ensuring a seamless and organized workflow.

3. Workspace

Within each installation, integrators can access the Workspace, the dedicated environment where custom control interfaces are designed and prepared for the end user. Here, a full set of K-array components — such as standby controls, volume tools, and K-Presets selectors, is available alongside generic UI elements for building and shaping the layout. Each element can be positioned, customized, and linked directly to a specific device function, enabling accurate one-to-one control and real-time feedback. The required OSC and HTTP REST commands can be easily copied from the device’s dedicated Web App, where all available endpoints are clearly listed, or requested from K-array Customer Support when needed. This intuitive workflow allows integrators to create streamlined, tailored interfaces that combine technical precision with a simple and effective user experience.

4. User Interface Design & Preview 

Integrators can refine the user interface to perfectly match the aesthetics and identity of the installation. Background images, custom colors, and layout choices can be freely adjusted, allowing the control experience to feel coherent with the environment in which it will be used — whether a smart home, a luxury venue, or a corporate space. K-Control also includes a built-in preview mode, enabling designers to visualize the interface exactly as the end user will see it. The layout can be displayed in both smartphone and tablet formats, ensuring that every detail is optimized for real-world use. This combination of functional programming and visual customization allows integrators to deliver control apps that are not only powerful and reliable, but also polished, modern, and perfectly aligned with the client’s expectations.
